당사는 2007년 1월 19일자로 Rugged SBC 등 항전 및 방산관련 전자제품 및 Board OEM 업체인 이탈리아에 본사를 둔 EuroTech Group과 상호 협력에 관한 양해각서를 중국 Beijing에 위치한 EuroTech Asia Regional Office에서 체결하였다.
당사의 서정배 대표이사와 EuroTech사의 Managing Director인 Mr. Tomi Hanninen이 서명한 양해각서에서 양사는 EuroTech의 부품을 이용하여 당사에서 System Integration하는 분야와 EuroTech사의 제품을 한국시장에 공급하는 분야에서 공동협력을 하기로 합의하였으며 향후 상업적 계약으로 본 MOU를 발전시키는데 합의하였다.

“Aero Master Corporation and Eurotech form agreement of cooperation.”
Beijing (CHINA) January 19th, 2007 Eurotech and Aero Master Corporation have formed an agreement of cooperation on project sales and systems integration for aerospace, defense and industrial markets in the Republic of Korea.
Eurotech has made a cooperation agreement with a Republic of Korea based high-technology company Aero Master Corporation (AMC). This agreement is of a commercial and technological nature. This collaboration is built on Eurotech’s international position as a manufacturer of high-reliability embedded modules, rugged computers and displays as well as AMC’s experience and technology in mission critical real-time software systems as well as integrating Eurotech products into military and civilian avionics. AMC is recognized as an integrator of complex data acquisition, diagnostics and communication systems for Korean Avionics, Aerospace and Defence sectors.
“Working together closely Eurotech and AMC can create complete solutions for various aerospace technology projects in Korea and SE Asia. Eurotech is actively looking to expand its presence in the rapidly developing aerospace and heavy industrial market of Korea.” states Tomi H?ninen Eurotech China and far East Area Manager. “A partner capable of software and system integration such as AMC will add value to our customers. The Eurotech group can also reach out to new markets in heavy industrial, shipbuilding, transportation and factory automation through a local professional partner.”
